Balancing backgrounds
Each project comes with its own vision. To transform this vision into a project, the architectural design team requires specific competences with a solid connection to the practice.
The dUCKS team combines many different educational backgrounds and professional experiences: architect, artist, designer, engineer, musician, manager and technician. The competences of each member overlap with those of the other members of the team, converging on the performing and visual arts.
Our projects are served by several team members, forming the best possible combination for a complete understanding of the project vision and interaction with the other members of design team.
We have organized ourselves as a Société Coopérative Ouvrière de Production, a coop. The main characteristic of this (rare) organisation form is that the company is owned and managed by the employees.
