Opening “Le 106”

Scène de musiques actuelles “Le 106” in Rouen opened last weekend with a music festival. A pre-opening concert took place on 10 November, featuring Wax Tailor & the Mayfly Symphony Orchestra.
The hangar in the old river port area was converted into a multipurpose pop center. The main performance space has a multiple audience configurations, ranging from 510 seated to over 1100 standing. Adjacted performance space “Le Club” has room for up to 300. A large foyer that can be used for performances and expositions offers views on the old port.
dUCKS scéno assisted the design team with the general conception of the performance spaces, and designed the stage, seating, audiovisual and theater lighting systems.
